Payment via (Paypal OR Ko-fi) must be made in FULL or in HALF before i begin the commission OR after the artist send the sample sketch.

The artist works at a slow pace, so please avoid rushing the artist unless we agreed on the set deadline.

All of the provided prices are the base prices. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the artwork.

There are things that the Artist may reject despite it not being listed above, in the same way that there are things that the artist might accept depending on the commission details that will be presented.

I, the artist, retain all copyrights for the commissioned piece while you, the customer, retain the intellectual property of the artwork.

For all intents and purposes, DO NOT use the artwork for Cryptocurrency/NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens). Any actions violating this term will be grounds for a copyright takedown on the post, account, and/or site it is hosted on regardless if it is paid for commercial use.

You may ask for updates in regards of your commission status either through Discord or Twitter, However, i would kindly ask for your patience.

Please, do take note that the commission could be delayed by the following factors: health issues, commission queue, artwork's complexity, and school work. The artist will inform you as soon as they can if said factors occur, if not, you have the right to cancel the commission if the artist has not started working on it.

Refund of Payment can only be done if the art is still at the rough sketch phase OR if three (3) months have passed since the artist last updated.

If a refund must be made, do not request a chargeback, I will simply transfer the money back.

There will be no refunds once the painting of the art piece has started and after the commission has been finished.

The artist will update you the different phases of the commission, Revisions can only be done in either Sketch phase or Lineart phase. Additional revisions past those two will result in additional charges.
